Smoking gun points to bush?

Well, from the Sunday Times:The secret Downing Street memo:

C reported on his recent talks in Washington. There was a perceptible shift in attitude. Military action was now seen as inevitable. Bush wanted to remove Saddam, through military action, justified by the conjunction of terrorism and WMD. But the intelligence and facts were being fixed around the policy. The NSC had no patience with the UN route, and no enthusiasm for publishing material on the Iraqi regime's record. There was little discussion in Washington of the aftermath after military action.

I wonder if the US and Canadian media are looking up on this.

http://www.google.com/search?num=100&hl=en&lr=&safe=off&client=safari&rls=en&q=site%3Acbc.ca+The+Downing+Street+Memo&btnG=Search that is a google search of CBC.ca for these words, reveals that CBC isn't reporting on it. as Ken noted while we were IMing, "no matter what, true or false, you would expect it to be commented on or dismissed".
